Double Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
180g butter, softened
75g caster sugar
125ml Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
225g self-raising flour
200g Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS
95g Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE White CHOC BITS
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Grease and line two - three oven trays with baking paper.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar until pale and creamy, add Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, beat until just combined. Add flour then Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS and Nestle BAKERS' CHOICE White CHOC BITS, mix well.
3. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into balls. Place on prepared trays, allowing plenty of room for spreading, and press gently with a fork.
Bake in batches for 12 minutes until golden.
